The company is now entering a significant expansion phase, where new markets demand a more modern and flexible system landscape to meet increasing business needs.
To address these challenges, SAL Navigation has chosen to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) as their new ERP system. The project, grounded in Microsoft’s Success by Design Framework, is meticulously planned to ensure a robust, long-term solution that supports the company’s business processes. The focus is on optimizing areas such as finance, inventory, production, and sales, creating a solid foundation for future growth.
With BE-terna’s support throughout the implementation, SAL Navigation has gained a solution that is both functional and tailored to their unique operations. The first phase of the project prioritizes core functions and processes, with a go-live planned for May 1. This marks the beginning of their digital transformation.
